What is the return period and what are the refund methods?
Upon receipt of your products, the refund will be made within 10 working days, using the initial payment method (if accepted).
Refund of an order paid with PayPal
The value of an order paid via a PayPal account will be credited back to your PayPal account (see refund terms above).
After the refund, the note legally proving the return of the products will be sent by email.
Did you receive an order with damaged products or an order with missing products?
